1 12x12 print paper

2 pieces coordinating print paper, cut to 6x6

1 scalloped Stacker circle

1 small Stacker circle

ribbon

1 XL square slide mount

1 background stamp (XL Silly Circles used here)

*stamp slide, then cut into large corners.

This layout is so easy to repeat for a double page spread!
