My favorite class at ck convention was making a wooden block into a working clock embellished with photos, rub-ons, and buttons. It has a special place to be displayed.
I took a wonderful mini book class at CKC one year that was super fun! We got so much for the cost of the class!!!
Wow it's been a long time since I took a class at a convention! I loved the one Junkitz class at CK a few years back- it was great- we made a summer minibook. :)
Haven't taken one of your class before but hopefully I'll go to CKC Valley Forge this year :)
One of my favorite classes was a year-in-review layout with lots of extra goodies that I took from Lisa Bearnson at CKU in Provo a few years ago. I also took a great layout class from Teresa Collins a while back that taught many different methods and made me think outside the box.
I was assisting in a class at our local convention. I learned so many new tricks.
Our local store had 8 classes and each week we learn a new technique.
I will see you at CKC Valley Forge, PA!!
Hope to see you at the CK convention in Buffalo, NY this year. Will you be there? I love your classes and products.
I have taken several of your classes at Scrapbook Expos and CKC's in Florida. I would have to say I my favorite classes are when I make things to dispay in my home. I love altered projects and wall hangings like the "Live, Laugh, Love" class.
I took a class at the Scrapbook Expo in Orlando where we made an entire 8x8 Disney album. The book turned out so cute and it was such a good product for the money spent.
I haven't taken any classes at a convention, but a friend of mine had monthly classes at her home with a group of friends. Not only did I learn new ideas, but we had a great time exchanging more ideas with each other.
Took a short 30 minute stamping 101class. It was held at a local scrapbook store. (sad to see that they closed recently :( )
I had already been into scrapbooking but had not gotten into stamping yet. Well this did it. Now I am broke so I could use some free stuff. LOL
I've taken so many great classes, it's hard to pick a favorite. I guess one of my favorite is the one taught by a friend of mine, which I've used several times, is the one where we used a canvas, paint, and some scrapbook paper. You can make these for any theme you need and make great gifts.
My favorite class was at Creative Escape in AZ by Tim Holtz. We had a great time learning new techniques and came home with a great project!
My favorite class was at a CK convention, where we made an entire album in an hour and a half, but the big part was I won the "grand prize" for the class with a whole bag of product as the prize---so it was rather memorable!
hard to pick!!! Keller's classes were my favorite at Scrapbook Expo - we missed you last year. My favorite was the Live, Laugh, Love wall hanging - great colors and papers and easy to put together!
I think my favorite class was at Archivers, it was the Scrapbooking Made Simple class. It taught us to use different types of page protectors to put an album together quickly. I am working on our Trip to Italy album in this fashion and love the results....even though I have to think about what is going to go on the back of the non-traditional pages. It is fun! :) I can't wait to take some classes this year the convention, maybe then I will have a new favorite!
My favorite classes are those that have you work on scrapbook pages. I tend to go towards them rather than cards, or other novitly items.
Love convention. We get two a year in Arizona, and I have a daughter in Kansas, that we can go to that one. My favorite project was a cute Frankenstein mini book, and the year in review class. But most of all I love the crops. I get more ideas from watching all the other scrappers!
I took a disney class at a Expo convention in atlanta a few years ago. got lots and lots of neat ideas.

My favorite class is Stacy Julian's Library of Memories online. Love her philosophy on life and style. Makes me rethink my photos, how I view and remember the moments in print. Also has had an impact on the photos I take and how I "shoot" them. I carry my camera everywhere now, not just to events and travel.

I love the sketches crop because we get to see so many different techniques and vendors
My favorite class was a calendar class taught by Christy Tomlinson.
I have taken many classes at conventions, but I must say that the most enlightening was the Keller's class in June '09 at the CK Convention in Pasadena. Up until then I used your products, but in that class the light cam e on and I realized what you were really talking about....getting those photos on the page! I can't believe how quick and easy the layouts go together and the look great! Thanks again, Kim!
At CKC in Nashville Aug 09, I took a Disney layout class that was pretty great. It's hard for me to pick a fav though! I took my first classes at CKC Louisville 09...it was from you, Keller's Creations! I've taken more since then! Hope to see you at the end of the month in Louisville!
My favorite class is one that is taught each month at one of our local scrapbooking stores - it's Photo Full Layouts and the instructor always comes up with simply fantastic layouts that can hold 12 or more photos.
My favorite class was a series by Pine Cone Press. I went to these classes monthly at one LSS, then another LSS when the 1st quit doing them. That ended a couple of years ago, but we always learned some new technique.
My favorite class was at CKC VF last year, it was a page kit class where we did 3 double page LOs with all sorts of bright, cheery colors and we used stickles. I LOVED it. Now, looking forward to the Sketchabilities class this year in Buffalo!
Never taken a class at convention before but I was part of a stamping/scrapping club that met once a month and we worked on different projects each month. It was great to learn so many different techniques.
My favorite classes have been at Scrapbook Expo in Atlanta. It's hard to name a specific one - b ut learning various techniques that I've never tried before is always lots of fun and get me excited to go home and do some more. One was a small Disney photo/scrap book that spelled "Mickey" and was so simple to complete.

My favorite has to be the Sketchabilities class at CKC. I immediately went to your booth after class!
I attended a quick quotes pilot class last month that featured all of their convention classes--so fun!
My favorite class was one I took at MEGA Meet Michigan... It was a childs flap book that we could put pictures under flaps and names on tomp
MY favorite was a class where we made a mini book from burlap and lots of embelishments...
May favorite is at my LSS, Sketch club, wonderful new ideas and creative staff
I took a great class at CKC last September. We made acrylic mini albums. I had never worked with acrylic before, so I was surprised to find out how easy it was. I loved it!
My favorite class was the one I took at a CK convention with Keller's Creations. It was the first time I had heard of the class, and I am now hooked! I love how their pieces can be used easily, quickly, and in so many different ways.
I think my most favorite class I ever taken was at the Great American Scrapbook Convention and it was a quilling class.
The lady who taught the class was fabulous. She not only taught the quilling aspect of it, but she also gave tips on adding texture to pages, finding which way fibers of the paper were going so you could to get a smoother or rougher tear to the paper, cost effective tips, and the projects she had us make were elements that you could use on a variety of cards, tags, or layouts.
so many great classes at the Expo. Love the ones that teach home decor projects. Missed you at the expo-please come back!
I hate to admit it, but I have never taken a scrapbooking class. I guess I need to make that my goal for 2010.
My favorite class was at our local Archivers store. We used 12"x12" chipboard, antiqued and distressed it. We then added lace and color blocks with one large picture on it. Attached a ribbon hanger and voila' - gorgeous. My daughter made it as a gift for her dad and he still has it hanging on his wall.
I recently took a class and made a Vintage Ring Bound Scrapbook!
I like a prim look and we used Glimmer Mists for the first time!
Many thanks, Cindi
