I love my home now because I feel it's very inviting and that people feel comfortable when they come over. My favorite memory in my current home is when I set up an inflateable bed in our Florida room for me and my two nieces. We snuggled watching a movie and that's how we spent the entire night! :-)

My favorite memory at my family home is when me and my siblings would sit in a big chair in the living room and spin each other until we couldn't walk straight. We always did that when my mom was gone but she got wise to us and put a stop to it! Oh, the memories!

My favorite memory in my home is Sunday dinner at grandmom's (my house). When I was a little girl we always went to grandmom's for a fabulous home cooked Sunday dinner. I have kept up the tradition with my children and grandchildren. I love to cook and have a huge new kitchen that was designed for my Sunday dinners with the kids--lots of seating, two ovens, big windows, etc.

Sometimes I have the grandchildren in the kitchen with me and I teach them how to make something with me It's an opportunity to pass on traditions and spend quality time with them. I have tons of scrapbook pages that show our family in the kitchen because it is my favorite area of the house.

Home... it's the place that being myself never results in that "face" strangers would give you if they knew all your dirty laundry and skeletons. It's the place I find the loves of my life (hubs, kiddo and pets).

We recently bought a home and it turns out that old house is alot like me... "good bones but could use some work"... but hey, can't we all!

Enjoy your weekend and being home to enjoy a weekend with Keller! Forget about us and just be a mom & her boy this weekend, we'll manage until you come back on Monday!

I always liked going back home because I knew that is where we would gather as a family. No matter how long we had been apart, my 3 brothers and I could always have the home we grew up in to be together and it seems that time stood still. We spent every holiday together in that house; my 3 brothers, my dad and I. Our mother died many years ago, so it has always been our special place to gather and remember her and tell stories to her grandchildren.

Used to think HOME was the house.. but then I wasn't in a very happy marriage. But that is in the past and now HOME is with someone who you love.... my two boys are grown and I have found the love of my life. We do have a very comfortable HOME, but with him by my side could live anywhere.

Home is my refuge. No matter what happens or how bad I feel, walking in my door at home makes everything better. This is where I know I am loved and safe and where I love in return.

After renting for so many years, having our own home finally was like a luxury. Even though it is small it is all ours. It's nothing fancy, but anyone that enters feels like they are home.
Since I love to decorate, nothing holds me back. If I crack the plaster I don't have to worry about the landlord.
Every holiday I decorate inside and out. Not only do I enjoy it, friends and neighbors now look forward to see what I do. At Christmas during a get together I was given a plaque by my next door neighbor stating how much everyone enjoyed the decorations and friendship I have shown. It brought tears to my eyes. It made my day.

I love that our friends feel comfortable and welcome in our home. Even though it is small, they don't care if there are 30 people here, they want to join in the fun!

I love my current home because it is the first home that my husband and I lived in together. It may just be a rental but, this is where we become a family, not just two people living to together, but a real family. It's the place we cam home to on our wedding night as a new Mr. and Mrs. It's the place that we established for ourselves. Where love turned a plain and simple rental house into our home. It's almost sad to think that by the end of the month we will be moving into a home that we are purchasing, our current home holds so many memories of us and all that we have done and all that we have become. But, it's very exciting to take the next step in life to have a home that is all ours, and we know that we will make more memories there.

What I love most about the home where I grew up is that it is and always will be "home". It is the place that you can go to forget about all the wrongs in the world, about all your worries, and all the things that aren't what you wanted them to be. It's the place where you can go with all your problems, complaints, and issues, and mom and dad are there to make them all go away just like they did when you were a kid. It's a very peacful and calming place to go.

I love my home. Since my husband remodeled this past Christmas we have a huge living room / dining room where my young boys can play. My favorite memory involves my son and his ride on toys. He has a wiggle race car that supports an adults weight and I can ride it and chase him between the furniture on our new tile floors. He will ride one car and just laugh as I ride and chase him. I must look pretty humorous because we all, my husband included, end up laughing so hard the game is unable to continue.

I love being home. This is the first house for our family. While my hubby wants to move, I find it hard to part with all the memories! The favorite part of my house is my daughter's room since I picked each piece out with love and care. My second fave room is my crafting room, what can I say - it was a gift from my hubby and I spend a lot of time in it. I'm also a huge fan of our fireplace. We use it to heat the house, we use it to heat our romance and we use it to roast marshmallows. :)
